Mature landscaping provides privacy. THis is an over 55 community with too many activities to mention and the friendliest community in town.. We are volunteer run and controlled by our own elected officials, no outside corporation to raise our fees. Our fees are only 255.00 per month and includes almost everything except your your groceries. Great location, only minutes to 75 Hwy and 4 miles to the Nokomis Beach!!
